About---- Robert "Andybob" Anderson

    This song writer extraordinaire is a 20 year USAF Vietnam era veteran, 67-87. He grew up south of Marysville (Born In San Francisco but doesn't want to tell anyone) As a child he     was skinny cuz he alternately rode a bicycle with his brothers and sister to turn a generator to make enough electricity to light the house and play a radio and all the family would clap and stomp their feet to tunes of Elvis, Merle, and Loretta. For dinner they would boil eggs in the soup made from dipping a chicken in the hot water, being careful not to burn the chicken cuz they needed her eggs the next day. His singing was equal to the sound of stepping on a cats tail so he did not pursue that line of work. Instead he relied on his imagination and writing skills to make a living by writing songs of his travels from his home to the end of the gravel road where he could watch cars drive by. One day he got his first  banana from a passer by, it was more black than yellow and when it hit him on the back of his leg he was a dancin like a chicken on a hot bar-b-que lid, cuz it stinged alot. If you chuckled a bit, thats ok, you will shorely laugh, cry, or get mad when you listen to the songs of his life's experiences, Love for God, his country, and imagined folklore he wishes to share with the world and country music lovers. 

    He now lives in the foothills of northern California in the small town of Browns Valley because Marysville won't let him back.  His original songs will entertain you with a country mix of love, happy, sad, funny, serious, and patriotic themes that will spice up your day.
